Founder ‘s Vision
Keyanna Thomas is the Founder & Director of NeuroBloom Academy. With a background in marriage and family therapy and years of experience supporting neurodiverse youth, she created NeuroBloom to fill the gap between emotional wellness and academic growth. As a parent of a child with disabilities, Keyanna understands firsthand the challenges families face when traditional school environments don’t meet their child’s needs. Her lived experience fuels her commitment to creating a school where students feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.
Keyanna’s vision for NeuroBloom is built on the belief that emotional well-being and academic success are deeply connected. She designed the program to offer small-group virtual learning, social-emotional development, and individualized support that helps neurodiverse students thrive at their own pace.
Because accessibility matters, NeuroBloom Academy remains over $10,000 more affordable per year than leading virtual special-education schools, ensuring that more families can access high-quality, affirming education without overwhelming financial strain.
Through NeuroBloom Academy, Keyanna is committed to reshaping what school can look like — a place where every child is valued, supported, and able to grow into their fullest potential.
