1️⃣ Eligibility & Grade Levels:

NeuroBloom Academy currently accepts students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
We welcome neurodiverse learners, students with IEP histories, twice-exceptional students, and children who benefit from a small, supportive virtual learning environment.

2️⃣ Enrollment Capacity / Seats Available

We are currently enrolling for the 2026–2027 school year.
Limited seats are available (1 teacher, up to 9 students).
Applications are reviewed in the order they are received.

3️⃣ Step-by-Step Enrollment Process
How Enrollment Works

1. Submit the Student Application to info@neurobloomacademy.net
   Upload the completed form and pay the $60 application fee (refundable if not accepted).

2. Schedule a Meet & Greet (Optional in most cases)
   We meet with you and your child to understand learning needs and ensure a good fit.

3. Acceptance Notification
   Families receive an acceptance email within 5–7 days.

4. Tuition Invoice Sent
   ESA families receive a ClassWallet invoice; private-pay families receive monthly billing.

5. Student Onboarding Begins
   You’ll receive your Welcome Packet, tech instructions, and classroom schedule.
